BUDDHA'S WORKSHOP

Mind Transformation according to Buddhism
"In order to bridge tha gap between the ordinary mind and the enlightened mind, the Buddha tought a wide system of teachings and meditation tecniques. The teachings invite us to start from where we are here and now, gradually freeing ourselves from all the masqs we consciously or unconsciusly wear. The first step consists of making our life real through mere mental presence, dissolving all cristalyzed ideas polluting our daily action. Witnessing without judgement ' what-it-is ' within and without us. Coming back to our senses and becoming conscious of ourselves.
Buddhist meditative tecniques and theory are a high-resolution map of how our mind works - aiming at transforming our mind and our life. My passion is to transmit them"

Dr. Davide Cova (*1968, Milan) has been a close student of the Venerable Lama Geshe Ciampa Gyatso (who left His body on December 3, 2007) for 10 years.
